Evolve CPA Services is built on three basic beliefs:
- Clients should understand their tax returns and the tax strategies that can help them accomplish their goals. I am available year-round by phone or email so that you’ll have one person to contact before you make decisions that may have an impact on your tax situation.
- Fees for services should be agreed upon in advance, and should be on a “per project” basis, instead of on a “per hour” basis.
- High quality CPA services, including tax preparation and small business services, can be delivered without high overhead costs. Evolve CPA Services utilizes the latest technology and business practices to minimize overhead costs.
Small Business Services – I can assist you with all aspects of managing the finances of your business, starting with the decision about which type of entity to use (from sole proprietorship to corporation or partnership). I can also set up and/or resolve issues with QuickBooks and prepare quarterly financial statements. If you’re ready to hire employees, I can help you handle payroll and tax reporting. Finally, I can prepare or help you prepare business tax returns: payroll, sales tax, independent contractor reporting, and tangible personal property tax returns.
Tax Services – I’m available for tax preparation, consulting, and planning. I prepare income tax returns for nonprofits (990), corporations (1120 or 1120S), partnerships or LLCs (1065), individual income tax returns, and state returns.
I accept cash, checks, and credit card payments in person or via the QuickBooks secure payment gateway.
About DIY Software:
Do-it-yourself tax preparation software is becoming more sophisticated. If you use DIY software, the question becomes, “Is there anything you missed?” Are there tax savings that you could have taken advantage of? I’ll review your tax situation and help with tax planning. And remember, if you ever receive a letter from the IRS, I’ll help you resolve the issue.
As a CPA in public practice, I am bound by the confidential client information rule of the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct. I will not disclose any of your confidential information without your specific consent.
